Together we do a survey where we measure among other things the user friendliness, the information, the design and contactability of your website.
The winners of this year's Web Service Award (Text in Swedish) received their award on the WSA day at the Swedish Chambers of Commerce. As usual there were many interested people who came to the seminars and the hand outs of the awards. (Text in Swedish)

E-tailers use statistics but fail to analyze their sites in other ways. This shows in the report "E-commerce from the perspective of the e-tailers". The survey was carried out during the Big E-commerce Day and over 240 e-tailers answered.
