Workshops

Once the survey has been completed and we have produced a Web Service Index, the next task is to get everyone "on the same page". Obviously you want the knowledge to be disseminated throughout the organization in order to enhance the development work as much as possible.

We offer various kinds of workshops where we go over the survey and cover how the website compares to others in your industry and to the national index. Once you have received the background report, we together carry out practical applications of the information, where you and your group work with solving the various problems which surfaced in the website survey.

We also show how other companies/agencies have gone about increasing the number of satisfied visitors.
