The Web Service Award

The award for the best websites according to the visitors is handed out every year in collaboration with:

The Jury's Work

Within each category in the competition the 10 competitors with the highest WSI are nominated for a final round. In the first round of the finals the jury selects 4 competitors within each category who get nominated for the final round. During this first part of the jury's work the main data considered is what has been found from the survey and review of the nominated websites. In the category Information/Customer service the WSI is the aspect considered, whereas in the e-commerce category it is the WSI result and also questions on the subject of returns/customer complaints which are considered. Furthermore, a review of the website's compliance with laws, regulations and ethical rules is carried out. Additionally, other tests of the nominated websites are done. These are of such a nature that they are better kept confidential in order to assure the fairest possible evaluation.

In the last round of the finals the jury evaluates the four finalists within each category from a perspective of their own expertise, and a winner in each category is agreed upon.
