We ask your visitors and users about your website. The information is compiled and analyzed by us, you receive a report and a summary of the results at a personal debriefing meeting with an analyst.
Our Web Service Index survey gives you answers to questions such as:
- What do your visitors think of your website?
- How good is your website in relation to others?
- What should you prioritize to increase your service quality?
- Who are your visitors and what do they want to know?
What do you get?
By conducting a WSI survey of your website, you will get an analysis and increased insight into how your visitors perceive your website and what you should work on to make it even better. The basic survey includes four question areas: Usability, Information, Contact and Design, Contact. These form your Web Service Index.

Through statistical analysis, we identify the areas that are most important for you to improve in order to increase the percentage of satisfied users. To this end, we break down the data into different target groups and do a target group analysis. Is it a general problem on the website or are certain target groups more satisfied than others?
To this end, we collect open responses where visitors can share what they think should be done to make your website better.
Examples of open responses:
”Definitely the search function, it brings up the right suggestions but it shows something completely different”
”Illogical structure when you get behind the front page. Hard to find facts. Hard to find contact persons both locally and nationally.”
”The location of the menu button is not clear”
”It’s messy and old information hangs around for too long. Long and complicated search path to what you want to find.”
For the report after the survey is completed, an analysis of your website is done by one of our analysts. In the report, we address various areas for improvement, users’ reviews and comments about the website and how it looks broken down by target groups, etc. In addition, observations are made on the website. All so that you can gain increased insight and a strong basis for decision-making to drive your website forward to become an effective tool for your organization.
How?
The Web Service Index survey is carried out on your website as a stock popup. A random selection of visitors is asked if they want to participate in the survey. The selection is based on the number of visitors your website has.
When?
Normally, the measurement period is one month. Many businesses measure before and after restructuring the website.
What areas do we ask questions about?
Visitors are asked questions about usability, information, design and contact options. All web surveys include questions about gender, age and frequency of visits. We also help you design customized questions that fit your website and what you want to know more about.
Responsive website
We measure and analyze the use of your website both via a computer and a mobile device. In the analysis, we address whether the behavior differs, target group analysis and how the website is perceived compared to others. For mobile users, we also break down the results by operating system, browser and device. All to increase your insight into your visitors’ behavior based on how they visit your website.
